Husband and Wife leading a team of skilled builders, carpenters and tradespeople, we are based in NSW's Northern Central Coast / Lake Macquarie area.

With 19 years of experience in the building industry, Cam holds all the necessary trade certificates, including a Cert IV in Building & Construction. He has the most amazing skills in crafti

With 19 years of experience in the building industry, Cam holds all the necessary trade certificates, including a Cert IV in Building & Construction. He has the most amazing skills in crafting & building bespoke renovations and extensions.

Em brings her expertise in all aspects of business administration, project management and accounting skills and works collaboratively with Cam, Louis & Landen in the building business.

Louis is our amazing 2IC Carpenter & Project Coordinator who has amazing attention to detail when it comes to our custom carpentry projects and their planning. Without his skills and passion, we could not do what we do without him!

Landen is our Apprentice Carpenter, who brings an amazing attitude to our team, a willingness to learn and a whole lot of fun!

After the consultation, we’ll prepare a detailed quote and an HIA Fixed Price Contract, clearly outlining the project scope, timeline, and any contingencies.

Start Date Confirmed:
Once everything is agreed upon and signed, we’ll lock in your commencement date and guide you through the next steps.

How do I know what my project will cost?

We provide peace of mind with fixed-price certainty through the trusted NSW Housing Industry Association Fixed Price Contract, locking in your project price upfront with clear, reasonable contingencies.

Our commitment to open, proactive communication means we address any potential issues before signing the contract, ensuring you're informed every step of the way. No surprises—just exceptional quality delivered on budget.

Can you help with council approvals and permits?

Absolutely. We can assist with navigating local council requirements, Development Applications (DA), and Complying Development Certificates (CDC) to ensure your project meets all regulations.

Do you work with architects or designers?

We work closely with architects and designers to ensure your project runs smoothly. Whether you already have plans ready to go or need us to connect you with trusted professionals to design from the ground up, we’re here to make it happen.

How do you keep me informed during the project?

We maintain regular communication throughout your build, including progress updates, site meetings, and quick responses to any questions.

Can I live in my home during a renovation or extension?

In many cases, yes. We work with you to minimise disruption and ensure the site remains safe. For extensive projects, we will discuss alternative options if temporary relocation is more practical.

How do you handle changes or variations during the build?

We understand that plans can evolve, and we’re here to help manage changes smoothly. The variation clauses in the HIA NSW Contract ensure that any requested changes are documented and agreed upon before moving forward. If your plans have been approved by a council or private certifier, we must adhere to those parameters, ensuring compliance with regulations.

For any variations, we’ll provide updated quotes and timelines for your approval, so you’re always informed and in control.
